Simultaneous submissions are allowed, but, once a set has been submitted, it is agreed that standard rates and terms are acceptable to the model/photog submitting, so it is not acceptable to simultaneously submit any place which might limit your rights to license to Blue Blood. Your word should be your word and there are no set buybacks.
